What data do we collect?

We collect information you voluntarily provide when using our services:

• Contact information — name, email address, and company name submitted through our contact or lead forms.
• Analytics data — anonymised page views, session duration, and referral sources collected via our self-hosted analytics tool (Umami). No personally identifiable information is sent to analytics.
• Demo interaction data — inputs you enter while using our AI demos (e.g., questions typed to the chat, company names for research). This data is processed in real time and immediately discarded — we do not store it.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiries and provide requested services
• To improve our website and demos through aggregate analytics
• To contact you about relevant services if you have opted in

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI Data Processing

Our AI demos use leading AI providers (including OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate responses. Here is exactly what happens with your data:

• What is sent to AI providers — only the inputs you type during a demo session (e.g., a question or a company name). No contact information or account data is included.
• We do not train AI models on your data. Your inputs are used solely to generate a real-time response and are not retained or used to train any AI model.
• Data is processed and discarded — demo inputs are ephemeral. Once a response is returned, the input is not stored on our servers or by the AI provider beyond their standard API request lifecycle.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

Our AI providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We use AI providers with industry-standard Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) covering EU data protection requirements, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Cookies & Analytics

We use a single, self-hosted analytics tool (Umami) to understand how visitors use our site. Umami does not use third-party trackers, does not fingerprint users, and does not share data with advertising networks.

Analytics are only loaded after you provide consent via the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months to allow follow-up on enquiries. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
